Steps - Parent

Connect Crane VPN on the parent phone
Enable tethering from the menu of Crane VPN,
You will be able to see the Proxy IP of your connection.
Then Set up Hotspot on the parent phone.

Steps - Child

Now head to the child phone (device you want to share internet to).
Enable WiFi,
You will be able to see the WiFi network you set up from the Parent phone.
If you connect at this time, it will connect but with no internet.

Steps - Proxy set up

So we need to add some simple magic to match the proxy IP of the Child device to be same as the one of the Parent.
Here, we used a Samsung device, your device could have slight changes,
But,
Click on the Settings of that very WiFi network we want to connect to,
Then find Proxy settings,
Adjust to Manual
Now, enter the same Proxy IP displayed by Crane VPN on the Parent device
Also enter the Proxy Port, usually 8080
And save.
You can connect to this WiFi network and will have internet with the best speeds of Crane VPN
